Welcome to Pepper Bay, where you’ll find love, drama, and a happily ever after.

Snuggle down with this cosy, feel-good, comfort read that whisks you away to a beautiful bay on the Isle of Wight – Perfect for fans of Christie Barlow, Alison Sherlock, Rachael Lucas, and Holly Martin.

The Pepper Bay books are standalone stories, best read in order, that intertwine with recurring characters.

The Treehouse of Dreams: When Willow Silver pays for a psychic drawing of her soulmate, she truly believes that one day he will come into her life, not that she has any time for love. She’s busy helping run the family garden centre. Plus, her best friend, Cody, is staying with her for a while, so she doesn’t feel she could run off in the name of love and abandon everyone, even when she bumps into a man who looks exactly like the one in the drawing.

 My Thoughts

We continue to follow life on the Isle of wight around Pepper Bay and to catch up with familiar characters. The thirteenth in the series centres on Willow who has returned to work in the family business, a garden centre at Silver Wish Farm. She is still grieving for the loss of her grandfather. Her oldest friend, Cody, has returned to the area and is staying at the family farm. In this summery story, Willow has to sort out her feelings about her future. She is desperate to meet her soulmate and following a drunken purchase, comes armed with what she hopes could be a drawing of her future love.

Willow wears her heart on her sleeve. It seems that only Cody can calm her down sometimes. Although she seems a little immature, she is likeable, especially when you see her with the older members of the community and her family. Cody is much quieter and envies Willow's large and close family. He seems to be unsure what he wants to do in the future bit obviously is intelligent and creative. He'll also do anything for Willow. As Willow and Cody begin to see where they want their futures to lie, you hope that they will make the obvious choice. This is a gentle romance, with a lovely setting and uplifting feel.

In short: friends and lovers

About the Author

Hello, I’m K.T. Dady. I’m the bestselling author of the Pepper Bay series. I’m also a chocolate lover, mum to a grown-up daughter, and a huge fan of a HEA. I was born and raised in the East End of London, and I’ve been happily writing stories since I was a little girl. When I’m not writing, I’m reading, baking cakes, or pottering around in my little garden in Essex, trying not to kill the flowers.
