We are back with the Cornish Cove series with Kim Nash's Making Memories at the Cornish Cove . It was published by Boldwood Books on April 17th. You can read my review of  Hopeful Hearts at the Cornish Cove here and Finding Family at the Cornish Cove   here .    It’s never too late… After five husbands and five broken hearts, Lydia feels like she’s always been chasing something. But now she’s found her purpose, and having moved to Driftwood Bay to spend more time with her daughter Meredith, she’s happier than ever. But there’s still life in these old bones yet! Stuck on you by Portia Macintosh #Review

I am delighted to feature Portia Macintosh's newest romcom, Stuck on You which was published on September 17th by Boldwood Books.

Could a post-it note really lead to love...?

Sadie doesn't have time for finding love. She's too busy as PA for famous artist Damian Banks. When she's not arranging exhibitions, she's organising his dry cleaning or dumping his never ending stream of girlfriends.

But when she strikes up an unusual friendship with her desk share buddy, she finds a confidante and a new potential love interest. Problem is, they've never actually met...

With Christmas just around the corner, can Sadie put herself first for a change and find what she's been looking for all along?

The brand new romantic comedy from top 10 bestseller Portia MacIntosh. Perfect for fans of Sophie Ranald, Mhairi McFarlane and Zara Stoneley.

                                                                                       My Thoughts

I thoroughly enjoyed this light, amusing romcom which sped by. Sadie and her family are completely likeable and there is a great contrast between her life in London and back home. Christmas with her family has a heart-warming and welcoming feel and all the festive activities bring a smile to your face. There are some genuinely funny moments and sparky dialogue between the characters and you really feel you know them.

In both Sadie and Damien, you can see a degree of character development in the story which is completely credible. The more you find out about Damien's family, in particular, the more you understand him. However, as you learn, not everything can be taken at face value. Indeed, Damien is a little hard to size up at first but you get a hunch about him and it is quite amusing to see the story pan out. With some surprises and a will they, won't they plot, it is a lovely, festive read.

In short:  Christmas cheer and lots of romance.
