Fleur French does not have the best of luck when it comes to life and love, and her current boyfriend Jasper is yet another person who only seems to like Fleur when she moulds herself into his idea of the perfect partner.  My Thoughts

Fleur has a complicated background and in many ways, this book is the story of her beginning to find out what sort of person she really is. She has always agreed with people in order for them to like her and to accept her. The acceptance she finds amongst Matt’s family gives her the confidence to actually speak her mind. 

    Set near Snowdon in North Wales, the environment is almost another character. It offers a healing facial to people and is somewhere that has helped Matt overcome his issues following his military service. This is an enjoyable read with some lively characters not all of whom are particularly likeable. There is plenty to see about family, both the blood ties and the sort you choose for yourself. 

In short: home is where the heart is
